It's quite apprehensive to pick a colour nearly 9 months ago and wonder if it's actually going to work. But we needn't have worried, it looked great. Not only that the trimming quad, which in some displays had a hell of a time matching the flooring itself, matched flawlessly!
Who's the prettiest floor then? You are! Yes you are!!
The only thing that would show up such a magnificent floor was the carpet...
What are the odds of THAT happening...
Along with the carpet came shower screens and all the wonderful things that go in Bathrooms!
So that should just about do it for this update...... Wait what!!
Roller doors!
Yes, as we ramp up to handover, all the trades are coming thick and fast. Painters are back to do some fixing up and paint the outdoor areas (Alfresco, Balcony, Front Verandah). Kitchen Concepts were back to fix up cabinetry bits and pieces. Splash back was installed, along with door furniture and other various nick knacks! Over the next weeks we should be getting pretty close to done. Can't wait!
The house is really starting to take a very nice shape! I hope that the team who installed your timber flooring did a good job of sealing everything in! I heard that a little bit of humidity can make it terrible to maintain! Other than that, you guys look like you're just about ready to move in now!
